Why I do this work
Over my years in dental hygiene, I kept seeing that what happens in the mouth affects the whole body: how we breathe, how we sleep, and how we feel every day. I wanted to care for the whole person, not just their teeth.
That became personal when someone in my own family needed this kind of care. I also saw a real need for it here in our community. I started OMega Therapy to fill that need, helping children and adults improve their oral health, sleep, and fascial health, to support their overall health and wellness.
