Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT)
The Gillespie Approach
- Combines cranial osteopathy, myofascial release, and dental release techniques with remarkable results.
- Fascia can pull and distort structures throughout the body, including the craniosacral system. CFT gently unwinds and releases built-up fascial strain for better mobility and function.
- CFT supports the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, which helps nourish and detoxify the body and brain.

A different approach to care
The goal is to help the body heal itself by correcting the condition with therapy, not managing it with medication.
The body is amazingly resilient at healing, but trauma and injury can make it hard for the body to heal as it should. CFT has no curative power of its own. The provider's role is to be a facilitator, helping the body reach its greater healing potential.
